Silicon Park is conceived as a cohesive mixed-use development, combining office and residential programmes within a unified masterplan. The arrangement of two office buildings and three residential blocks defines a clear spatial structure, organised around a sequence of open spaces and shared areas.
The architecture is expressed through clean, consistent volumes and a restrained material palette, ensuring coherence across the development. The office buildings are designed as flexible, open-plan workspaces, while the residential buildings are oriented to maximise views, daylight, and natural ventilation.
At ground level, the project establishes a continuous landscaped environment integrating amenities, pedestrian routes, and communal spaces. This active ground plane connects the different uses and supports movement and interaction across the site.
Environmental performance is embedded in the design, with passive strategies, façade optimisation, and green infrastructure contributing towards BREEAM certification.
